‘Innovation, Creativity and Aspiration’
The ICA partnership is a group of 11 schools, from a range of different contexts, across the City of Hull. The partnership was formed in 2012 and began to develop into an umbrella trust of academies in Autumn 2013.
The schools formed a partnership as a result of a strong shared vision for our school communities. The partnership is committed to being forward thinking, outward looking and ensuring high achievement and aspirations for our pupils.
Every school is committed to providing robust challenge and support across the partnership. This is done through monitoring visits, data sharing and support programmes as well as joint practice development and training for all staff. This ensures rigorous challenge and quality assurance for school leaders and governors.
The core purpose of the partnership is to identify strengths and areas of development in each school, respond rapidly where issues arise, share creative and innovative practice and provide high quality and effective school to school support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
